Mr. Vincent LEUNG Wing Sang, a practicing Certified Public Accountant, is the director of Wing United CPA Limited. Prior to setting up his own professional accounting practice, he held senior executive position in one of the leading concessionaires in Macau and was responsible for managing all aspects of the corporate governance functions, providing overall planning and delivery of the assurance and strategy and, after all, proactively monitored and controlled risks by providing value-added recommendations and advice to improve Company’s economic efficiency and profitability.
