Started off his career in Hong Kong, he moved to Canada in 1990 to develop his exposure in international financial industry. Holding various professional designations in numerous major developed countries, such as Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom and Canada, Fred has extensive working experience with private investors and fund managers in both America and Asia.
