Mr. Bernie F.Y. SUEN, has obtained the designations of Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant, Associate member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, Fellow member of IT Accountants Association and Master degree of Accounting. He is well-versed in listing assignments both in GEM and main board, corporate finance, corporate recovery, assurance and tax planning. He is currently the head of assurance and corporate recovery departments.

Before joining our team, he also had worked in the managerial level of a professional firm specialized in corporate recovery business and a major international accounting firm for a number of years. During his time in these firms, he has accumulated valuable experience in conducting internal control review in connection with pre-listing applications; assessment on internal control systems; management consulting, managing formal and informal corporate insolvency administrations and servicing audit clients, both listed and unlisted, local and multi-national.
